Abstract

Gen Z often makes decisions through group discussions, especially when choosing places to hang out. However, these discussions can be inefficient and lead to unclear results due to differing opinions. This study proposes a Communication-Driven Decision Support System (DSS) to support group decision-making in a more structured and logical way. The system allows users to share opinions, vote, and reach a collective decision based on agreed criteria such as price, location, and atmosphere. By organizing communication into a clear process, the system helps users make faster, fairer, and more rational decisions
